Do You Need Support?
Move Beyond Trauma. Toward Wholeness.
You deserve a space where you feel supported, understood, and affirmed.
I want to ask you something real: have you spent a lot of your life trying to stay safe, keep the peace, or avoid rejection...while quietly losing touch with who you actually are?
Maybe you've carried the weight of religious trauma, experienced a loss that changed you, grown up in relationships that didn't feel emotionally safe, or found yourself overwhelmed by emotions and relationship patterns you can't seem to break. Whatever brought you here, these experiences often leave us adapting in ways that once helped us survive but now make it difficult to feel fully ourselves.
I want to help you untangle that. The shame. The grief. The attachment wounds. The beliefs about yourself that were shaped by painful experiences rather than your inherent worth.
My approach is grounded in the belief that your struggles make sense in the context of your story. Together, we'll slow the conversation down, explore where these patterns came from, and begin creating new experiences of safety, connection, and self-understanding. Healing isn't about forcing change or becoming someone different. It's about making sense of your experiences with compassion so they no longer have to define you.
The direction we're heading is simple: feeling more grounded in who you are, building relationships where you don't have to earn your place, and living in a way that's guided by your values instead of fear, shame, or survival.
Healing isn't about forgetting the past. It's about changing your relationship to it, so it no longer gets to write your future.
If it feels like the right next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.tion to see if we’re a good fit and go from there.
