Individual Therapy

Meeting One-on-One

I'm So Glad You're Here! Reaching out for therapy is not nothing. It’s actually a pretty big first step! Even if you’re still uncertain or just exploring options. Either way, it counts as taking care of yourself.

What I offer is a confidential, collaborative space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. We go at a pace that feels steady and manageable for you. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others show up feeling overwhelmed and just know something needs to change. Both are completely workable starting points.

Much of my work centers around trauma and what happens when identity, belonging, or love have felt conditional. That can leave people carrying shame, fear, or a kind of internal confusion that doesn’t just disappear with time. Therapy can be a place to make sense of that and loosen its hold, so you can feel more like yourself again.

And yes, while that’s a focus, it’s not the whole story. People come in with all kinds of struggles, and we work with what’s actually showing up in your life.

I also provide general support for the following:

  • Shame, guilt, and deeply held beliefs that no longer fit

  • Anxiety, stress, and that constant “on edge” feeling

  • Depression, numbness, or feeling disconnected

  • Identity exploration and learning self-acceptance without conditions

  • Relationship patterns, attachment wounds, and repeating dynamics

  • Grief and loss

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

What to Expect

My approach is simple: meet you where you are, go at your pace, and pay attention to the patterns underneath what’s happening on the surface. From there, we work toward building something more grounded, honest, and sustainable in how you relate to yourself and others.

This work may include:

  • Processing trauma and its ongoing impact

  • Releasing shame-based beliefs and internalized narratives

  • Strengthening self-trust and clarity about who you are

  • Building practical emotion regulation skills

  • Developing boundaries that feel supportive, not rigid

  • Shifting long-standing relationship and communication patterns

  • Reconnecting with your values and sense of self beyond survival

Getting Started

I want to make getting started as simple and comfortable as possible.

If you’re interested in beginning therapy or just want to learn more about my approach, feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation.

Our first session is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you in, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
