Stevie Jones Therapy

Mental Health Counseling Across
North Carolina

You deserve a space where you feel supported, understood, and affirmed.

I work with adults, adolescents and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and more.

My therapy approach is a collaborative process grounded in your experiences, values, and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll explore your story to create space for authenticity, connection, and a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.

Healing isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about developing a new relationship with it.

I offer a free consultation to help us connect and see if we’re a good fit.

My Philosophy:

You are the expert on your own life.
My role is to support you in exploring, growing, and healing in ways that feel meaningful and authentic.

~ My Approach ~

  • Humanistic

    Moving Towards Authenticity
Together, we’ll seek to understand the experiences, beliefs, and relationships that have shaped who you are today. Rather than defining you by your struggles, we’ll create space to explore your inherent strengths, values, and capacity for growth. Through greater self-understanding and acceptance, you can begin to develop a more empowered sense of self and move toward the life you want to create.

  • Internal

    Exploring Your Inner World
We all have different parts of ourselves that hold emotions, beliefs, memories, and protective intentions. Together, we’ll approach these parts with compassion and curiosity, building awareness of what they are trying to communicate and why they developed. By creating a more trusting relationship with yourself, you can begin to respond to your inner experiences with greater understanding, choice, and care.

  • Dialectical

    Balancing Acceptance and Change
Healing often involves holding space for seemingly opposing truths: accepting yourself as you are while also creating meaningful change. We’ll develop practical skills to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships. Through this balance of acceptance and growth, you can build greater resilience and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.
