Frequently Asked Questions
How much do sessions cost?
My out-of-pocket fee is $120 for a 55-minute session. I offer a sliding scale based on your income, which can be verified with a recent pay stub or tax document.
Do I take insurance?
I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, and MedCost. I recommend calling your insurance company to confirm your benefits. If you’re in-network, your insurance will determine your copay/coinsurance. If you’re out-of-network, I can provide a superbill to support possible reimbursement.
What can be expected in the first session?
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about your background and what’s bringing you in, including goals and what you’re hoping to work on. My goal is for you to feel certain on whether we’re a good fit. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.
What is my hope for you?
I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-actualization, a lifelong path to living authentically and embracing your true potential. This process nurtures your growth intellectually, creatively, and socially, through ongoing reflection and inner dialogue.
At its heart, it’s about actively becoming the person you were always meant to be.
As you embark on this journey, we’ll set meaningful goals that can evolve as you uncover new dimensions of yourself, revealing strengths and passions that may have been overlooked.
Self-actualization is more than a process. It’s an invitation to live fully, intentionally, and in alignment with your core self.
