Frequently Asked Questions

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background and what’s bringing you to therapy, while also answering any questions you may have.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • Both individual and couples therapy sessions are 55 minutes. For those interested in more in-depth work, I also offer 90-minute sessions.

  • The cost of an individual therapy session is $125.00.

I offer a sliding scale based on your income, which can be verified with a recent pay stub or tax document

  • I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, & MedCost.

If you’re out-of-network, I can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits and determine your copay or reimbursement eligibility.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

I’m happy to waive the cancellation fee if the appointment is rescheduled to another available time within the same week, but this is subject to scheduling availability. Otherwise, standard notice requirements apply.

  • I’m here to support you in the process of self-actualization, which means living authentically and embracing your full potential.

Self-actualization is an invitation to live honestly, intentionally, and in alignment with your core values. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life with greater clarity, and become more fully the person you were always meant to be.
